MISSION
As part of the NATO Force Structure (NFS), HQ Multinational Corps South-East will contribute to deterrence and, on order, provide corps-level Command and Control for NATO Land operations during crises situations or war.
This structure is designated to facilitate operational coherence between national and Allied defence plans, and better operational integration with allied forces to support the security architecture on the eastern flank of NATO.
HQ MNC-SE has been built in accordance with NATO standards for army corps and relies on military and civilian personnel form several NATO member states. Romania took over the framework nation (FN) responsibility.
