On July 1st, 2021, a military ceremony was held to mark HQ MNC-SE redeployment from Bucharest and the start of its operations in Sibiu Garrison. The event was attended by the Chief of Romanian Defense Staff, Lieutenant General Daniel PETRESCU, representatives of central and local government, commanders from the national defense system, public order and national security from Sibiu, military attachés, Land Forces Academy students, HQ MNC-SE and the 46th Support Regiment personnel, as well as their family members.
