Headquarters Multinational Corps South-East (HQ MNC-SE) hosted the third iteration of the Professional Development (PD) event, dedicated to the continuous growth of Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) and Warrant Officers (WOs) within NATO structures and partner forces at its premises from 27 to 29 May 2025.
Under the theme “Empowering NCO & WO Leadership & Fostering Unit Cohesion”, the event aimed to advance leadership competencies and strengthen cohesion among multinational teams. The 2025 iteration brought together 61 participants from 14 countries, including Romania and Bulgaria.
Throughout the three-day programme, the participants took part in dynamic sessions, discussions, and workshops designed to address the evolving responsibilities of NCOs and WOs. The agenda included a broad range of leadership and operational topics, such as Adaptive Leadership, Decision-Making under Pressure, and Team Dynamics & Cohesion. Discussions also focused on the importance of ethical leadership, communication, and collaboration between officers and enlisted leaders.
This PD session emphasized shared learning, mutual respect, and the importance of trust-based leadership in complex multinational environments. Trust in leadership, trust among team members, and trust across multinational lines.

The Professional Development (PD) series organized by HQ MNC-SE serves as a recurring platform for enhancing the leadership, adaptability, and cooperation of NCOs and WOs across the NATO Force Structure. Now at its third edition, the PD event supports the professional military education of enlisted leaders and fosters multinational interoperability.
