A HQ MNC-SE team of experienced non-commissioned officers (NCOs) led by Command Sergeant Major Yannick Godbout have gathered recently at the Romanian Land Forces Manoeuvre Training Centre in Făgăraș. The meeting purpose was to enable junior officers and NCOs to reach a better understanding of the NATO structure. Moreover, the session served as a platform to emphasize the multiple advantages of contributing to NATO endeavours, highlighting the opportunities for professional growth and international collaboration.
This activity is part of a series of HQ MNC-SE engagements conducted in order to raise awareness on the important role of junior officers and NCOs, as well as promoting career opportunities in NATO environment.
