Service members from Headquarters Multinational Corps South-East (HQ MNC-SE), reinforced with personnel from the Romanian Armed Forces and Allied structures, are participating in the Multinational Exercise “LOYAL LEDA 25” (LOLE25) from 4 to 13 March in Sibiu and other locations across the Alliance.
Planned and led by the NATO’s Allied Land Command through Joint Force Training Centre, the Computer-Assisted / Command Post Exercise tests NATO’s ability to plan and execute major joint operations in a complex environment, specific to the modern battlefield. During the training activities, the forces involved will improve their decision-making processes, coordination and rapid reaction to security challenges.
Participation in LOLE25 is a key opportunity for HQ MNC-SE to strengthen its operational capabilities and improve its interoperability with Allied structures. At the same time, the exercise underlines HQ MNC-SE’s strategic role in NATO’s defence architecture on the eastern flank, demonstrating its continued commitment to collective security and operational effectiveness within the Alliance.
