Headquarters Multinational Corps South-East (HQ MNC-SE) hosted the first iteration of the Strategic Communications (StratCom) Conference, from 10 to 12 April, in Sibiu with the participation of more than 35 subject matter experts and guest speakers from academia, NATO entities, national and international organisations. The event provided a venue to liaise with experts developing StratCom
