The second iteration of “Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) and Warrant Officers (WO) Professional development of Headquarters Multinational Corps South-East” took place from 28 to 30 May in the Sibiu Garrison at the Military Club led by the Command Senior Enlisted Leader, CWO Yannick Godbout, and his team. The theme of this year was “Enhancing NCO/WO & Officers Relationship”.
It was an opportunity for over 50 NCOs WOs coming from 12 nations of the Alliance to develop various skills and increase their knowledge. Gendarmerie and Fire-fighters from Sibiu County also participated in the professional development event.
The Allied Rapid Reaction Corps, the US Army V Corps, and the Romanian General Staff Command Sergeant Majors contributed to the delivery of the topics and provided their insights to the group.
As the theme was the relationship between the NCO/WO and the Officers, the Romanian Land Forces Academy graciously opened their doors to the NCO/WO on 29 May to perform joint training with the future leaders of Romanian Armed Forces.
